| Hallo Heike, bin selbst 50 und war k�rzlich in Nepal Langtang-Tour. Habe unterwegs einen �ber 60 j�hrigen getroffen und sind gemeinsam bis zum Tsergo Ri und dort habe ich einen 74 j�hrigen Holl�nder getroffen.
