Did you know one Bhutanese refugee and three mules were shot dead in Lamjung a few days ago? It is written in one of the nepali newspaper. Today I read it.
The Nepli news (Nepali TV and Radio) says that one of the terrorist who fixed the ambush in the road was shot dead in the spot. But it was not true. army men and policemen were returning from an area where they made a cordon and search operation. They were traveling back to Beshisahar in two vehicles. They were some Maoists suspects and policemen in the first vehicle. Actually they were not Maoists. All of them were members of opposition parties, UML, MALE and RPP. The first vehicle was followed by an army truck. The army truck was caught in explosion. Some army men (three) got killed in the spot and 26 army men got injured. Soon after the incident took place, a lot of security personals went to rescue the injured. When they reached the spot, they started firing blindly in fear or anger (without any target). One civil man who was taking a bath in the river near the spot was shot dead. It was the Bhutanese refugee who had been living in Beshisahar as a laborer. But the government said in the news that it was a terrorist. Three mules that were grazing in a field across the river were also killed by the firing. However, it's not easy to believe any news at this time.
