Please allow me to reply in English. In short, the anwer to your questions needs to be: "intuition".
You simplify the matter by asking why a photographer wouldn't (be allowed to) sell his photos. But this isn't about "just" a photographer, nor about "just" photos from Nepal. I think you do me as well as the whole controversy here at present, wr�ng by ignoring that fact.

It says virtually nothing, all the information there. There is absolutely no true backing of the facts, the way they're presented on the site. On the other hand and on the basis of several replies here, other users of this board reported rather worrysome, personal, experiences around the topic "HC". It turns out German courts had to deal with accusations already. So please forget that we'd just be speaking about "a photographer"; there is more to the matter.
Eventually time will tell what the true backgrounds of HC are. And I don't think you can require that I submit full evidence after all I did was run an extended Google-check on this organisation. I started by stating I'm aware it's not my business; I'm no citizen of Germany. I do however believe that nevertheless I'm entitled to have an opinion, as well as my personal intuition.
Perhaps, Andr�es, you are not aware of the enormous problems in S.E. Asia as well as the Indian Subcontinent in view of trafficking, child prostitution, sexual child abuse, and large numbers of western tourists visiting countries such as Thailand f.e. in order to have cheap sex with minors. India, but Nepal too, suffer from similar problems. For sure a boardmember of a German charity that cares about an orphanage in Nepal, Kathmandu to be precise, should know better than to privately advertise his pics of Nepalese children, and offer them for sale.
