Sending money to Nepal through Muncha Money Transfer – Money transfer from the Eurozone is easy:
• Simply login to the money transfer site, www.euro.muncha.com. If you are not registered, you need to register first.
• After logging in, click on ‘Send money’ link at the left column.
• In the page that comes up, you need to enter the following

o Payment details, such as amount to be sent in €.
o Name and mailing address of the person to whom you are sending money.
o Select the method through which you want to have your funds delivered to your recipient.
o Add your message to the recipient to be sent along with the money.

• Then click "Review this transfer"
• You will be shown a summary of your transaction and will also be shown our bank (Commerz Bank) details in Europe (German) such as account name, account number, IBAN, BIC and transaction reference number.
• If all details are correct, click on "Confirm the transaction".
• This will take you to another page where you will still be shown our bank account details and an email will also be sent to you with details of your transaction as well as our bank account details and transaction reference number which you need to transfer funds to us.
• You now need to log in to your internet bank account and then transfer the amount to remit as well as the fee amount to our bank.
• After you complete the transfer and when we receive money in our account, we will send you a confirmation email indicating that the transaction is being processed.
• You need to have transferred the amount in our account within 24 hours in order to guarantee the exchange rate as specified in the email sent to you.
• Please remember that the best time to complete your transaction is before 2:00 pm in order for funds to get transferred quickly.
• When the funds have reached your recipient, you will receive another email saying that funds have reached your recipient.

What are your delivery methods and how much does it cost? [Top]
We have four delivery methods. They are:
• Pickup – Pickups can currently be done in 50 different cities. Basically, recipients will go to the said location with the transaction reference number and a government issued photo identification. This delivery method is FREE.
• Direct Bank Deposit – In this, client will select the bank and branch from our site and give us the account number and account title of the accountholder. Using this, we will deposit funds into the account. We currently can deposit in all the commercial and development banks and their branches all over Nepal and also to some selected Finance Companies in Nepal. This delivery method is also FREE.
• VISA Electron Prepaid Card – Here, recipients will be issued a VISA Electron Prepaid Card and will go through an authorization process in which Nepal Investment Bank will issue a PIN number. Then, through our arrangement with Nepal Investment Bank, recipients can withdraw funds from any ATM in Nepal for a highly reasonable rate. Rates can differ depending on which ATM machine is used. As this is a VISA prepaid card, recipients can also use this to buy items anywhere in Nepal and India that accepts VISA. In subsequent transfers, funds will simply be added to this account and recipients will be informed of this. Recipients will also be provided an internet account through which they can monitor the use of the card. This service is also FREE.

How do I know the status of my transaction? [Top]
Online tracking is available for you to follow the progress of your money. You simply have to log in to your account and click on ‘Transaction Details’ on the left column. Then, in the next page, you need to click on the transaction number which you want to check the status of. A list of recent transactions will also come up in the first page itself when you login.
How do I send money on a recurring basis? [Top]

You can send money directly from your bank account to a recipient in Nepal on a regular basis. The first time you send money to this recipient, simply indicate the transaction as a recurring transaction; indicate the amount and frequency of each transaction.

Once this is set up, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us a few days prior to the transaction date informing you of the transaction. Then, you can log in your bank’s website to transfer your desired funds into our bank account with the transaction id through net banking service of your bank.

After each transaction, you will receive a tracking ID, which you can use to track the progress of your transaction online. In addition, you can always change your options at any time.
