Die addresse ist nicht Komplette.

Bhojpur is a District and Gupteshwor is a VDC (VDC is an area which has about 9 or more Wards and each Ward contains 3-4 or more villages). Gupteshwor-3 is Ward Nr 3 in Gupteshwor VDC, so you should have written name of the village.

When the person is known in the Ward Nr 3 then he will get the letter. Normally the letter may reach to Bhojpur about 1 month. Sometimes people get the letter with just this incomplete address because the postmaster knows normally everyone in the village.

If its just letter and you fear that he/she doesn't get the letter then write a letter again,
and in the address:

"....."(name of village)
"Name of VDC" (may be Gupteshwor)
Where poloniex verification Can You Use Poloniex? "Ward No." (probably 3)
"District" (Bhojpur)

ADDRESS CAN BE WRITTEN IN ENGLISH ALPHABET AND WRITING IN DEVANAGARI IS NOT NECESSARY BUT MAY BE HELPFUL.

If you have sent something that is liable for custom then it will remain in Kathmandu GPO custom and the person in Bhojpur probably will not get information.

To clear the confusion of many people, there is CLEAR street Nr. and Haus Nr. in whole Kathmandu based on metric system though many people don't use it. Though not implemented till yet, the system is adaptable to GPS and navigation system.
