Hallo Klaus,
da war ich wohl ein bisschen ungenau. Es ist allerdings so, dass jetzt kein eigenes Parlament gewaehlt wird, sondern die verfassungsgebende Versammlung die Aufgaben des Parlamentes fuer zwei Jahre mit uebernimmt. Eine richtige Parlamentswahl kann ja dann erst auf der Grundlage der geschriebenen Verfassung erfolgen. Die offizielle Homepage der nepalischen Wahlkommission fasst die parlamentarischen Aufgaben der verfassungsgebenden Versammlung so zusammen:
