Two years ago they where even succesfull installing TRC like a law which never was approved even by the government or parliament and therefore was ILLIGAL. > it is the bad faith of Nepal that always group of people want to have the right to impose others to paiy them money, this is all what corruption is about. > For the sake of Nepal stop thinking of tourist as illigals but of that of clients. And some of the clients just want to stick with a a guide or porter guide they know already or was recomended by a friend. > And they therefore just don't need and want to go throught a trekking agency. What bad about this? Why should it be illigal? Its nonsense and developed countrys like Switzerland, Germany or the States you can walk around with ever you want. So tourist are happy and come again and people in the mountain can earn money. > So agin I have to insist: See your trekking tourist as guest and clients and they will come back often, which is good for Nepal but stop to see them just a short time prey for some trekking companys taken money for some unwanted or not given service. > You mentality is bad for you country. > Andrées > > > This is to illuminate at the time because there may be found such many companies running business without observing legal formalities imposed by the country act, and even not registered with the concerned office authority etc..
