Namaste.
Oktober -November sind beste monate fur die trekking touren in Nepal.So die Temperaturen im Oktober-Novermber sehr angenehmen sein .Fru morgen und abend es kann kalt sein ( ca 5-15 grade) und am tag ca.25- 28 grade aber es gebt nicht veile snee im oktober/Novermer so es gebt nicht so kalt sein.Am tag mann kann mit T-shirt und kurz hauser trekcen aber fur morgen und abend brauche mann warme kliedung (jacke) .

Langtang / Gosainkunda Trek

14 day trip - Itinerary via Laurebina Pass (4610 m)

The beautiful Langtang Valley lies close to the Tibetan border, north of Kathmandu. The lush rhododendron and oak forests of its lower reaches form part of a vast National Park, providing sanctuary for a variety of animals, birds and wild flowers. By contrast, the upper valley is dominated by shimmering glaciers that tumble off the ice-clad summits of 7000m peaks. Inhabiting the valley are communities whose Tibetan origins are reflected in a distinct style of building and way of life.
After a week trekking in the valley, with two days set aside for exploring its upper reaches, we head for Gosainkund, an important pilgrimage site, whose sparkling lakes are sacred to both Hindus and Buddhists. To reach the lakes we must climb, but with the reward of arguably one of the finest Himalayan panoramas, from the Ganesh Himal west to the Annapurnas.
Crossing the 4600m Laurebina Pass to descend to Tharepati, a magnificent view of the peaks ranged to the east unfolds. The trek ends with a classic descent along a ridge route through the farmlands and villages of the Helambu region.

Main attraction
visiting holy Lake Gosainkunda, religiously important for both Hindus and Buddhists, undisturbed trails, Laurebina pass 4610m, mixed cultural experience, panoramic mountain views, beautiful Helambu village tour, and unique floral and faunal bio-diversity.

Accessibility
Drive to trailhead, 4-5 hr. drive by private transport or 7 hr. by local bus, and drive back to Kathmandu again.

The Route
Moderate trail, max. Altitude 4610 m. Laurebina pass, Pass day is longer walk, about 5-6 hr. average walk per day.

Best Season
Sept. to Dec and March to May.

Facility
Well-managed teahouse lodges or camping.

Day- 01: Drive to trailhead Syabrubensi (1460m).
& over night.

Day- 02: Syabrubesi (1460m) - Lama Hotel (2470m).

Day- 03: Lama Hotel (2478m) - Langtang Village (3430m).

Day- 04: Langtang village (3430m)-Kyanjing Gompa (3850).

Day- 05: Exploration day around Kyanjing Gompa.

Day- 06: Exploration day around Kyanjing Gompa.

Day- 07: Kyanjing Gompa (3850)- Lama Hotel (2470m).

Day- 08: Lama Hotel - Thulo Syabru village (2130m).

Day- 09: Thulo Syabru _ Laurebina Yak (3900m).

Day- 10: Laurebina Yak (3900m)- Gosainkunda (4380m).

Day- 11: Via laurebina pass (4610m) - Tharepati (3510m).

Day- 12: Tharepati (3510m) - Kutumsang (2470m).

Day- 13: Kutumsang (2470m)- Chisapani (2215m).

Day- 14: Chisapani - Sundrijal (1460m) & drive
to Kathmandu.
