SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS? pleaea

My partner (female) is travelling to Katmandu on Wednesday to go trekking for three weeks around Annapurna in an organized group, then a week alone in Katmandu.
Is a curfew still in effect? Is it possible to travel to the surrounding villages (temples, etc) without official escorts? What safety precautions would you recommend? According to official reports, Ghorepani is closed for tourists- the trek goes through this area.... can you tell me if there are possibilities to select other routes, or is it only possible through this area? Since she is leaving in 2 days, it would be very nice if someone could reply on monday.
Articles on cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin bitstamp trade and Ethereum, are rife with speculation these days, with hundreds of self-proclaimed experts advocating for the trends that they expect to emerge. thanks,
andrew

> Kathmandu, March 19:

> Maoists have called off their blockade of the district and zonal headquarters with effect from tomorrow. They have also called off the general strike that was supposed to begin from April 3 for an indefinite period.
> Maoists had imposed the blockade on district and zonal headquarters from March 14.
> In a press statement jointly released by the Maoist chairman Puspa Kamal Dahal aka Prachanda and senior party leader Baburam Bhattarai, the blockade and the general strike were called off keeping in view of developing and intensifying the joint movement for democracy in line with the 12-point understanding reached with the seven-party alliance.
> Expressing commitment to the 12-point understanding and extending support to the April6-9 general strike called by the seven-party alliance, the Maoist leaders have appealed to all to participate in the strike.
