Ich war dieses Jahr im Fruehling in Nepal und habe in der Kopan Monastery einen "Meditationskurs" mitgemacht. Das Kloster ist nicht weit von Kathmandu entfernt und bietet schon lange Zeit Kurse fuer Westler an. Fuer mich war es genau das richtige. 7 Tage mit viel Meditation und Teachings ueber tibetischen Buddhismus. In Kopan finden immer wieder solche Kurse statt. Schau doch mal auf deren Webpage.

Im November findet in Kathmandu, an einem anderen Kloster, ein Seminar mit anschliessendem Retreat statt. vielleicht auch interessant fuer dich.
